 2027 Commencement Ceremony for Maxwell Heights Secondary School

The Maxwell Heights Secondary School Commencement Ceremony will take place Tuesday, June 29, 2027 at the Tribute Communities Centre, located at 99 Athol Street, Oshawa. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am.

2027 Graduation Requirements

Note: To be considered a graduate for the 2027 Commencement Ceremony, a student must have completed one of the three graduating options prior to the ceremony date, June 29, 2027:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma

  • 30 Credits (18 Compulsory and 12 Elective)
  • 40 Community Involvement Hours
  • Ontario Literacy Requirement
  • 2 Online Learning Credits

Ontario Secondary School Certificate

  • 14 Credits

Ontario Certificate of Accomplishment
